In the app

Open HSKOn, go to Me (我的), scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account (删除账户). If you have not signed in recently, the app asks you to sign in again first. Deletion of the active account takes effect at once; separate copies and legally retained records follow the rules below.

Without the app

Email contact@zinuto.com with the subject “Delete my HSKOn account”. Use your sign-in email if available; for third-party sign-in, tell us the provider and account hint, without sending a password or token. After proportionate verification we delete the account within 30 days, or a shorter period required by law.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in methods, practice records, mistakes, mock exam reports, writing grading, seals, invite code, unused tickets and unlocked 考前精要 editions. Your account-linked product usage details, monthly records, usage profile and device records are also deleted. If you invited people, those invitations remain only as anonymous counts.

What is kept

Limited transaction records where refunds, accounting or the law require them, question statistics that no longer link to you, and aggregated usage reports without account identifiers. Legally retained records are restricted to their necessary purpose.

Backups and provider copies

The active database is in Thailand. Restricted recovery backups, AI gateway and inference-provider copies, and Apple or Google records are separate. A recovery copy that cannot be erased immediately must be isolated from ordinary use, removed when lawful retention ends, and have the deletion reapplied before restoration to service. We coordinate legally required deletion with recipients; deleting HSKOn does not claim to erase every provider's copy immediately. See the data flow and recipients.

AI consent and children's accounts

To withdraw AI-processing consent, email contact@zinuto.com. This is handled by support; while it is pending, do not start further AI grading, feedback translation or mock exams that automatically submit writing under an existing consent. We do not serve children under 13. A guardian may use the same contact to report an ineligible child's account or request deletion. We verify only information necessary to handle the request.

Object to product usage statistics

You can keep your HSKOn account and object to product usage processing by emailing contact@zinuto.com. After verifying your account, we stop this processing and delete its linked usage records. The app stops local account collection when it next receives the updated account summary. See the Privacy notice for the data collected and retention periods.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
