Terms of service
These terms govern HSKOn, operated by 轻创掘金（青岛）信息技术有限公司, registered in Qingdao, mainland China ("we", "us"). Contact contact@zinuto.com for questions or an explanation of any material term. Read these terms and the Privacy notice before registration, purchase or AI use.
1. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher local minimum age and legal-capacity requirements. A minor must obtain any required guardian permission and complete legally required child-data procedures before registration. Where mainland China's under-14 rules apply, a 13-year-old must not register until required guardian consent and protections are in place. Guardian permission does not permit an under-13 child to use HSKOn. Do not misstate age, impersonate another person or register for an ineligible child.
Use accurate account information, protect your password and verification messages, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share or resell accounts or bypass service limits. You are responsible for conduct you control; misuse by another person does not automatically make you liable for losses caused by our own failure to meet a legal duty.
2. Membership and allowances
Each new account starts with a 7-day PRO trial, 8 AI points and one mock exam. Afterwards free membership includes 3 questions per day in Today's practice (a question group is never split), plus 8 AI points and one mock exam started online every 30 days. AI grading spends points. Mistake review, focused practice, exam points, the week's new questions, seals and PRO avatars and themes require PRO. PRO includes 100 points every 30 days and two mock exams a week. The app and backend apply these allowances; attempted circumvention may lead to proportionate restrictions.
3. 考前精要 and invitations
One ticket unlocks one monthly edition of 考前精要, which remains readable across the account's devices while the account and service remain available. Tickets are bought through the stores, earned through invitations or given by HSKOn. Unlocking consumes the ticket. Purchased tickets do not expire; earned and given tickets show their expiry.
A friend signing up with your invite code receives one ticket. You receive one when they practise on 3 different days within 14 days of sign-up, and another when they first subscribe. Invitation tickets last 6 months, with at most 3 unused tickets held at once. A new account may accept one invitation at sign-up or within 7 days and before a purchase. Proven rewards obtained through fake or duplicate accounts may be withdrawn; legitimate paid rights are handled under applicable law.
4. User submissions and permitted use
Submit only material you own or are authorized to use. Do not include another person's personal data, children's data, identity numbers, real contact details, sensitive or confidential material in practice answers; use fictional examples. Do not distribute illegal or infringing material, attack the service, extract answer banks, commercially redistribute question content or interfere with other users. Ordinary personal study within the app and rights granted by law remain permitted.
You retain rights in your submissions. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, display and, when you separately authorize it, route your answer and necessary context through OpenCode for grading and feedback translation. This permission lasts only as needed for these purposes and lawful retention. It does not transfer ownership or grant rights to sell your work, publish it for unrelated purposes or train general-purpose models.
5. Reference scores and optional AI
Mock scores are estimates on HSKOn papers, not official HSK marks, pass predictions, admission decisions or qualifications. We review questions and may correct or withdraw erroneous material. AI feedback may contain factual, scoring or translation errors and may differ between models or requests. Check important feedback against authoritative examination information and do not rely on it alone for exam registration or other consequential decisions. We do not promise a particular score, pass result or financial or educational outcome.
AI requests go from our Thailand backend through OpenCode to selected inference services, including paid DeepSeek, MiMo and GLM routes. See the data flow, recipient and training restrictions. AI grading is optional and requires the applicable consent; accepting these terms alone does not authorize every transfer or use. Withdrawal is currently requested through support email. Do not start further grading, feedback translation or writing-submitting mocks while withdrawal is being handled. Provider, privacy and mandatory legal requirements must be met before a route can be used.
6. Purchases, renewals and refunds
Subscriptions have no store free trial or introductory price; the 7-day trial belongs to the HSKOn account. The App Store or Google Play shows price, period, automatic renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. Cancel renewal in the store under its stated timing rules. Refunds follow the store process and applicable law; these terms do not remove a statutory refund or other remedy.
When Apple requests ticket-refund information, HSKOn may provide whether the ticket was used and whether a preview was shown before purchase under the privacy rules; this can be turned off under Me. Apple decides the refund. A refunded subscription ends PRO; a refunded ticket and the edition it unlocked are withdrawn, subject to statutory rights. Deleting HSKOn or its account does not cancel a store subscription.
7. Data, statistics and deletion
The Privacy notice identifies the operator, Thailand backend, necessary recipients, international processing, retention and rights. Account-linked usage statistics are enabled by default; where GDPR applies they rely on legitimate interests, not blanket consent to these terms. You can object by email. Legally required consent, transfer safeguards and child-data protections must be obtained or completed separately.
You can delete your account in the app. Deletion may make learning records, tickets and unlocked editions unrecoverable, subject to mandatory rights. Provider copies, restricted recovery backups and store records follow the notice's separate rules. Contact us before deletion if you need assistance with a pending purchase or refund.
8. Availability, changes and restrictions
We take reasonable care to operate the service. Network failures, maintenance, security incidents or provider changes can interrupt sync, AI or other functions. We will take reasonable steps to restore service, give material notices where practicable and provide remedies required by law. Third-party failure alone does not automatically exempt us from responsibility.
We may proportionately restrict an account or feature when necessary to investigate credible abuse, protect security, comply with law or address unmet age or transfer requirements. Where permitted and practicable, we explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct it or appeal to contact@zinuto.com. We do not arbitrarily forfeit legitimate paid rights. Material reductions or termination of paid service will receive required notice and the refund, replacement or other remedy required by law.
9. Responsibility and legal limits
No term excludes liability for personal injury, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful personal-data processing, or any consumer, privacy or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. We remain responsible for mandatory duties concerning suppliers we select.
Within legally effective limits, we do not guarantee examination outcomes or compensate for an expectation of passing merely because reference scores or AI advice differ from an official result. We are responsible for proven losses attributable to our breach under applicable rules of causation, foreseeability and mitigation. To the extent legally excludable, we do not assume liability for indirect commercial losses, speculative profits or losses solely caused by unauthorized user conduct or an independent party outside our responsibility. This does not exclude statutory damages or legally compensable foreseeable losses.
If an event legally qualifies as force majeure, any relief is limited to the part actually affected and legally excusable; required notice and mitigation still apply. Ordinary operational or supplier failure is not automatically force majeure. If your intentional or negligent unlawful conduct causes loss, responsibility is determined by law and evidence, not by an unlimited promise to indemnify us for every claim.
10. Disputes and updates
Contact contact@zinuto.com first if you wish to resolve an issue with us; this is not a condition for a statutory complaint or claim. Subject to mandatory conflict-of-law and local consumer protections, these terms are governed by mainland China's law. Where a forum agreement is legally valid, disputes may be submitted to a competent court in Qingdao at the operator's domicile. This does not remove mandatory rights to use a court or authority where you live, or impose a class-action waiver or mandatory private arbitration.
Material changes will be clearly notified with an effective date, and require fresh consent where the law requires it. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued claims or authorize undisclosed data use. An invalid provision is ineffective to that extent; the remaining terms apply only insofar as lawful. Chinese and English describe the same terms, and neither overrides mandatory protections.
用户服务协议
本协议适用于由轻创掘金（青岛）信息技术有限公司运营的 HSKOn，注册地为中国大陆青岛市（以下简称“我们”）。问题或重要条款说明请联系 contact@zinuto.com。注册、购买或使用 AI 前，请阅读本协议及隐私政策。
一、使用资格与账户安全
使用者须年满十三岁，并满足当地更高年龄及行为能力要求。未成年人须在注册前取得必要监护人许可并完成法定儿童信息程序。适用中国大陆不满十四周岁规则时，十三岁用户在必要监护人同意及保护措施落实前不得注册。监护人同意不允许十三岁以下儿童使用 HSKOn。请勿虚报年龄、冒用身份或代不符合资格的儿童注册。
提供准确账户信息，保管密码及验证消息，发现未经授权访问时及时告知。请勿共享、转售账户或绕过额度。您对可控制的行为负责，他人滥用账户不当然使您承担由我们违反法定义务造成的损失。
二、会员与额度
新账户有七天 PRO 体验、八个 AI 点及一次模考。之后普通会员每日“今日练习”三题，题组不拆分；每三十天八个 AI 点及一次在线开启的模考。AI 批改消耗点数。错题复习、专项练习、考点、本周新题、印记及 PRO 头像主题需要 PRO；PRO 每三十天一百点、每周两次模考。应用与后台执行额度，绕过规则可能受到相称限制。
三、考前精要与邀请
每月一期考前精要使用一券解锁，在账户及服务存续时跨设备阅读。券可在商店购买、通过邀请获得或由 HSKOn 赠送，解锁即消耗。购买券不过期，奖励及赠送券显示有效期。
好友用邀请码注册立即得一券；其注册十四天内练习三个不同日期，邀请人得一券，首次订阅再得一券。邀请券有效六个月，最多持有三张未用券。新账户可在注册时或七天内且购买前接受一次邀请。经查实由虚假或重复账户取得的奖励可撤回，合法付费权益依法处理。
四、用户输入与使用许可
仅提交您拥有或有权使用的材料。请勿在练习中填写他人个人信息、儿童信息、证件号码、真实联系方式、敏感或保密材料，改用虚构例子。不得发布违法或侵权内容、攻击服务、批量提取题库、商业再分发题目或干扰其他用户。应用内正常个人学习及法律赋予的权利不受影响。
您保留提交内容的权利，仅授予我们完成存储、同步、展示所需的有限许可；另行授权 AI 时，允许将作答及必要上下文经 OpenCode 处理，用于批改及反馈翻译。许可仅在对应目的及合法保存所需期间存在，不转移所有权，不授予出售作品、无关公开或通用模型训练权。
五、参考分数与可选 AI
模考分数是 HSKOn 试卷估算，不是官方成绩、通过预测、录取决定或资格证明。题目经审查，也可能因错误更正或撤回。AI 反馈可能有事实、评分或翻译错误，不同模型、不同请求可能产生差异。重要反馈应结合官方考试信息核对，不应仅凭其决定考试报名等重要事项。我们不承诺特定分数、通过结果、经济或教育成果。
AI 请求由泰国后台经过 OpenCode，交给 DeepSeek、MiMo、GLM 等选定付费推理线路，详见数据流及接收方、训练限制。AI 批改可选，须取得适用同意，接受本协议不授权一切出境或使用。撤回目前通过支持邮件申请；处理期间勿继续发起批改、反馈翻译或提交写作的模考。线路须在满足供应商、隐私及强制法律要求后使用。
六、购买、续订与退款
订阅没有商店免费试用或介绍价格，七天体验属于 HSKOn 账户。App Store 或 Google Play 在购买前展示价格、周期、自动续订及取消规则，请按其时间要求在商店取消续订。退款按商店流程及适用法律处理，本协议不取消法定退款或其他救济。
Apple 请求解锁券退款信息时，我们可依隐私规则提供是否使用、购买前是否试读的信息，可在“我的”关闭，由 Apple 决定退款。订阅退款后结束 PRO，解锁券退款后撤回券及其解锁内容，但不影响法定权利。删除 HSKOn 应用或账户不取消商店订阅。
七、信息、统计与删除
隐私政策说明主体、泰国后台、必要接收方、跨境、保存与权利。账户使用统计默认开启，适用 GDPR 时依合法利益处理，不以本协议作一揽子同意，可通过邮件提出异议。法定同意、出境保护及儿童保护须另行完成。
您可在应用中删除账户，删除可能使学习、券及已解锁内容无法恢复，但不影响法定权利。供应商副本、受限恢复备份及商店记录按隐私政策分别处理，待处理购买或退款可在删除前联系支持。
八、服务可用性、变更及限制
我们以合理注意运行服务。网络故障、维护、安全事件或供应商变更可能中断同步、AI 等功能，我们采取合理恢复措施，在可行时告知重大事项并依法提供救济。第三方故障本身不当然免除我们责任。
为调查有可信依据的滥用、保护安全、遵守法律或处理未满足的年龄及出境要求，可相称地限制账户或功能。法律允许且可行时说明原因并提供纠正或通过 contact@zinuto.com申诉机会，不任意没收合法付费权益。实质缩减或终止付费服务时，提供所需通知及法定退款、替代服务或其他救济。
九、责任边界与法定限制
任何条款均不排除人身损害、欺诈、故意或重大过失、违法个人信息处理，以及适用法律不允许排除或限制的消费者、隐私或其他责任。我们对所选供应商依法应承担的义务仍由我们承担。
在可以合法有效约定的范围内，不保证考试结果，不因参考分或 AI 建议与官方结果不同，就对通过考试的期待承担赔偿。对可归因于我们违约并有证据的损失，按法律规定的因果关系、可预见性及减损规则承担责任。在法律允许排除的范围内，不承担间接商业损失、推测性利润，或完全由未经授权用户行为、依法不属我们责任的独立第三方造成的损失；不排除法定赔偿或依法可赔的可预见损失。
事件依法构成不可抗力时，仅就实际受影响、依法可免除的部分处理，仍履行法定通知及减损义务，普通运营或供应商故障不当然构成不可抗力。用户故意或过失的违法行为造成损失时，按法律及证据认定，不要求用户对一切索赔承担无限赔偿保证。
十、争议与更新
可先通过 contact@zinuto.com协商，但这不是法定投诉或起诉的前提。在强制性法律适用及当地消费者保护规则优先的前提下，本协议适用中国大陆法律。管辖约定依法有效时，可向运营主体住所地青岛有管辖权法院提出争议；不剥夺依法在所在地向法院或主管机关求助的权利，也不强制放弃集体诉讼或接受私人仲裁。
重大修改将明确通知生效日期，法律要求时重新取得同意，不追溯消除已有请求权或授权未告知的数据使用。无效条款在相应范围不生效，其余条款仅在合法范围适用。中英文描述相同条款，均不优先于强制保护。
